About Basement Show Girls
Basement Show Girls is a website dedicated to music and comic books edited by Ezra Silver and Max Schramm. The site focuses particularly on comics that have found themselves overlooked and under appreciated. These comics, while perhaps dated, are nevertheless relevant cultural artifacts and pieces of a literary heritage that is, these editors find, worthy of exploration and discourse.
Beyond this, music discussions focus on but are not exclusive to artists from the Twin Cities area.
Basesg hopes to bring you content each week day. Mondays feature articles or interviews. Tuesday-Thursdays feature comics rendered by Ray Slao. Fridays feature a podcast compiled by Max or Ezra.
